Proactivaley releasing info and instructions for methods to locate and use online data.

Pages Wed moins chargées. Actuellement, les pages internets sont trop chargés en texte en hyperliien.

Le moteur de recherche à partir d'un mots clé nous amène trop souvent à une liste de documents pdf qui n'ont pas rapport à ce nous recherchons

Si je veux retracer une personne dans une agence, institution fédérale c'est impossible ou très difficile
